What data we collect and why
Our websites log basic information, as configured by standard by webserver software as volunteered by web browsers when pages are browsed. That information includes source IP address, browser information, page accessed. This information is collected to support the operation of our services and to investigate issues. In the event of service issues we may temporarily increase the level of logging. Unless you login to one of our services, we will be unlikely to identify an individual from our log data.
If you use any of our services, those services will collect any information you submit that is needed to procure and use the service.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

We manage and operate our own IT systems to provide our services to you. However our services and hosted by Ionos in their UK data centres. When you buy our services, our payment services (Woo and Stripe) need and do take your details to make the payment.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We retain log files for no longer than 12 months. Any data a customer places in our services will be erased within 3 months.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
We do not send your data anywhere outside of our IT environment unless required / compelled by law or to enable payment.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
